Can I return/exchange my items?

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on items unless the item arrives damaged/ faulty. Please contact info@cutecurlz.com to arrange the return and replacement.

My product is faulty, can I get a replacement?

If your product unfortunately becomes faultly 30 days after the date of purchase we are unable to offer a replacement.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout & are stated below, we use Royal Mail postal service. We strongly advise you select the signed for option as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. With signed for you can track your order via the tracking code on your shipping confirmation email.

UK 2nd Class (2-5 working days) £2.99

UK 2nd Class Signed For (2-5 working days) : £3.99

International Signed For (10-15 days) £10.00

When will my order arrive?

    UK orders will arrive within 2-5 working days from your order date.
    International orders will arrive approximately 10-15 working days from your order date.

    I haven't received my delivery yet, what do I do now?

      We can’t be held responsible for lost mail, if it has passed the advised delivery schedule, please contact Royal Mail. We strongly advise you select the signed for option when ordering so that you can track your order and be compensated by Royal Mail in the unfortunate even that your order is lost.
